Challenge

Solution

We implemented a structured Odoo footprint aligned to their workflows: items, locations, purchase cycles, and core finance hooks. Data migration was staged to avoid freezing the shop floor.

Results

Leadership gained one reference for stock and margins. Operational meetings shortened because numbers were no longer debated for hours. Seasonal peaks were monitored with dashboards instead of ad-hoc exports.
